COVID-19 Updtade 06.04.2020

Dreamgirl

We regret to inform you, but our suppliers of DreamGirl and Mapale lingerie have decided to close down until further notice due to the COVID19.

As a result, we are updating our store to reflect the changes, all of the DreamGirl and Mapale lingerie items will be out of stock for the foreseeable future.

We will still stock and sell all other brands as normal for now, please keep an eye on our blog and social media channels.

If you have placed an order with us for any of the Mapale or DreamGirl lingerie items which have become unavailable we will be contacting you shortly, we can either cancel the order and refund in full or we can do partial refund or we can replace and item with something similar in price.

All orders are processed as normal, most of our systems are automated and require next to no human contact, but where human contact is necessary we are doing everything to ensure the highest level of hygiene possible.

We are of course closely monitoring government and regulatory advice and following any recommended actions and are prepared to adjust if necessary.

We appreciate your understanding throughout this pandemic and hope you and your family all remain safe.

We will continue to monitor the issue and will keep you informed of any significant changes to our regular procedures.

Feel free to take this opportunity to share and discuss how you are dealing with this in your local area in the comments section below or on our social media channels (FacebookTwitter).

The latest update from Royal Mail

Temporary removal of Estimated Delivery Window:

As of Monday 30 March, we have removed the estimated delivery window from our services. We have been monitoring this and given the resourcing issues we currently have within some of our units, we feel unable to accurately predict the delivery window and as such have removed this for the time being.
